Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: March 3rd, 2025 Thank you for booking a consultation with MainStreet Immigration Services. By booking this consultation with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (T&C). In this T&C, the Immigration consultant is the RCIC, while the Client represents "You." Please read them before booking a consultation session - Clients must sign a T&C agreement they receive within 48hrs before a consultation can hold. - Consultations are subject to a fee, and this meeting will only be held for the scheduled time as described in the booking. Only details of the booked consultation will be discussed. - Unless otherwise stated, documents and online portal/application, etc. will not be reviewed during a consultation. If the client would like a review service, the RCIC should be notified, and the client will be directed accordingly. Any fees paid toward consultation will not be refunded. - The client acknowledges that all fees are quoted in USD, and depending on the currency of the client's account, the charge on his/her respective account may be more or less than stated on our booking page. - Clients will be charged a penalty of USD 50 to cancel or reschedule 24 hours to their consultation. - Missed consultations are non-refundable. - Any unused time will not be credited to the client (if applicable). - Client recordings and sharing of the call without prior authorization is not allowed. - We recorded for training and quality purposes, however, the RCIC is not required to provide the client with a recording of the conversation, recaps, and/or action items in writing at the end of the call. However, the clientcan take notes of their next steps. - Consultations will be canceled if clients are 20 minutes late to their session, and fees paid will not be refunded. - The RCIC is not required to contact the Client if he/she is late for a consultation. - By booking an appointment/or agreeing to attend a consultation session, the client agrees to answer questions genuinely and truthfully. - We expect all communication—whether in person, by phone, by email, or online—to remain professional and respectful. - All discussions and personal information shared during consultations are strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. - Got questions? send an email to hello@msimm.ca.
