6. Payment and Fees

Our consultations, require full payment in advance. In addition, clients are require to sign a Retainer Agreement/Terms and Conditions before a consultation is held.

All services offered by MainStreet, requires full payment. Depending on the service render, payment may be made in full before a service is rendered, otherwise, payment would follow a payment schedule.

We do not offer contingency billing - where client only pay when an application is approved or in some case refunded a portion of the fee. Irrespective of the outcome of the application the client is required to pay for a service even when a client is on a payment schedule

Our fees are set and reflect the value, experience, and time involved in delivering professional immigration services.

We do not negotiate fees, but discretionary discounts may be offered in certain circumstances, or clients may take advantage of promotions and special offers when available.

All fees are clearly communicated before a service is booked, and we are not responsible for any misunderstanding regarding costs once payment has been processed.

Government application fees (e.g., IRCC fees) are not included in our service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Honesty, Fraud Prevention & Client Responsibility
We do not fabricate, manufacture, or falsify documents or information under any circumstances.
All clients are required to:

Provide truthful, complete, and accurate information during consultations and service delivery.

Submit authentic, unaltered, and legally obtained documents.

Respond honestly to all questions asked by our consultants.
Any attempt to submit fraudulent documents or misleading information will result in immediate termination of services without refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Clients are fully responsible for the consequences of misrepresentation (this includes failure to answer immigration questions truthfully, or lack of disclosure of information to the consultant) or document fraud, as outlined by Canadian immigration law
